Our approach
Accessibility is part of design, development, content, testing, and vendor selection. Current measures include semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus, text alternatives, color contrast, clear labels, reduced-motion support, responsive layouts, and descriptive errors.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time certification. We test major customer flows and prioritize fixes that block shopping, account access, checkout, support, or privacy choices. Third-party services may have separate accessibility limitations.
Feedback and assistance
If a feature, document, or purchase flow is difficult to use, tell us what page or task was affected, the assistive technology and browser used if relevant, and the format or help you need. Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, or authentication codes. We will respond and provide reasonable assistance as promptly as practicable.
Compatibility
The site is intended to work with current major browsers and commonly used assistive technologies. Older or unsupported combinations may not provide the same experience.
