Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 or use the store with a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and MFA factors, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts to protect users, inventory, or the company.
Products and condition
Collectibles can have subjective condition characteristics. Review all images and listing details before buying. Third-party grading, authentication, and population information is controlled by the applicable third party. Sealed and randomized products do not guarantee a particular card, value, rarity, or outcome.
Pricing and inventory
Prices, availability, descriptions, and images may occasionally contain errors. Inventory is not guaranteed until checkout is completed. We may correct errors, limit quantities, reject suspicious orders, or cancel and refund an order we cannot fulfill.
Payments and orders
Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize the displayed charges, including shipping and applicable tax. An order acknowledgment is not acceptance; acceptance occurs when we confirm shipment or otherwise state that the order is accepted.
Shipping, refunds, and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms. Statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
Prohibited conduct
Do not misuse accounts or APIs; probe or bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, row-level security, or access controls; access another user’s records by changing a URL or identifier; scrape at disruptive scale; submit malicious code; impersonate others; manipulate inventory; commit fraud; or interfere with the store.
AI and informational content
Some descriptions or support materials may be AI-assisted. AI can make mistakes. Verify condition, compatibility, pricing, and other material facts before relying on them. Content is not financial, investment, legal, or professional advice, and collectible values can rise or fall.
Intellectual property
The site design, original copy, photographs, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to The Big Hit Card Company. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or commercially exploit site content without permission.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available and without implied warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim, except where law prohibits that limit.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms prospectively and post a new effective date. You may stop using the site at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
