Return window
Contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery to request an eligible return. A return is not approved until we issue instructions. Items sent without approval may be refused.
Eligible products
Eligible sealed products must remain unopened, unused, untampered with, and in the same saleable condition in which they arrived, with original seals, wrapping, labels, and accessories intact.
Final-sale products
Single cards, graded cards, memorabilia, clearance items, opened products, and opened or tampered randomized products are final sale unless they arrived damaged, materially not as described, incorrect, or are otherwise returnable by law.
Damage, errors, or missing items
Report damaged, incorrect, materially misdescribed, or missing items within 3 calendar days after delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the shipping package, label, packing materials, item, and damage or discrepancy. Keep all packaging while we investigate.
Return shipping
We pay reasonable return shipping for an approved return caused by our error, damage in transit, or an incorrect item. For an approved buyer-remorse return, the customer pays return shipping and is responsible for safe, tracked delivery.
Inspection and refund
Approved returns are inspected after receipt. If the item meets this policy, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded for buyer-remorse returns. Banks and payment processors control when credited funds appear.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation before shipment. We will try to honor the request, but an order cannot be cancelled once fulfillment or carrier acceptance has begun.
Abuse and non-waivable rights
We may reject returns involving substituted items, altered condition, removed seals, incomplete contents, fraudulent claims, or policy abuse. This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
